John J. Clark

John J. Clark was born in Jersey City, New Jersey, was raised in Miami, Florida, and is fluent in Spanish. Mr. Clark earned his Bachelor in Arts in Political Science, with a minor in Criminal Justice, from Florida International University. In 2000 Mr. Clark received his Juris Doctor, Cum Laude, from the University of Miami, School of Law where he was a finalist in moot court competitions, was a member of the international legal honor society Phi Delta Phi, the Hispanic Law Student Association, and the Criminal Law Society.

Mr. Clark began his legal career defending general tort claims throughout South Florida. He then shifted the focus of his practice to helping victims in need of effective representation against large corporations, including the tobacco and pharmaceutical industries, as well as against negligent individuals and medical providers. In August of 2009, Mr. Clark opened his own law firm where he took on a full spectrum of family law disputes and acquired an affinity for the area of practice.

Mr. Clark has litigated large and small cases throughout the State of Florida with excellent results for his clients. Mr. Clark has a proven track record in taking on and prevailing in difficult cases, including those turned down by other attorneys.

Mr. Clark relocated to Jacksonville with his family in 2014, and has been working with The Lasky Law Firm since October 2014, where he practices in the following areas:
