Effective January 29, 2024, all persons who have or call a cell phone or telephone number, (including our office number), in area code 904, must dial all ten digits when placing a call, i.e., the area code plus the number, including calls within the same area code. We recommend everyone begin the new dialing practice now to ensure success when calling the office. Thank you.

Susan Kutz

Susan Kutz received her Juris Doctor, Cum Laude, from the University of Florida School of Law in 2014. Ms. Kutz began her legal career in Marion County, Florida practicing general civil litigation including family law.

Ms. Kutz’s Father is retired Navy and a Vietnam Veteran who met her Mother while stationed in Jacksonville. In April 2019, Ms. Kutz relocated to the Jacksonville area to be closer to her family and joined The Lasky Law Firm at that time.

Ms. Kutz practices all aspects of marital and family law including but not limited to, divorce, timesharing (custody), guardianships, paternity, child support and any other matters relating to marital and family law.
